When you decide to let your property, we come around to have a look at it whether you want to rent it out to tenants as an unfurnished or furnished property. You will then sign a letting agreement with us appointing us to let your property on your behalf.
We fully reference every tenant with our national referencing agency we will get acceptance as to their suitability before recommending them to you as a tenant. More so, we do not accept unemployed tenancy applications from any of our tenants.
We only give our properties to people that are employed and has proven to us that they can afford to pay their rent. We take care of all the paper work and ensure they are all done properly.

Introduction & Management Service
An INTRODUCTION & MANAGEMENT FEE which is 3.6 WEEKS RENT inclusive of VAT on a Sole Agency and 1.2 MONTHS RENT inclusive of VAT on Multi Agency followed by 10% inclusive of VAT monthly management fee.
Introduction Only Service
We charge an INTRODUCTION ONLY FEE which is 3.6 WEEKS RENT inclusive of VAT on Sole Agency or 1.2 MONTHS RENT inclusive of VAT on Multi Agency.

Management Only Service
This option is available to landlords who already have tenants in their properties but require MANAGEMENT SERVICE ONLY. OUR FEES FOR THIS OPTION IS 12% inclusive of VAT OF THE ANNUAL RENT for managing the properties which includes RENT Collection.
